Odile de Simone has been a student in the lineage of the Nyingma tradition and of Sogyal Rinpoche, since 1983. Since 1997, she has been helping in Rigpa activities as translator for written materials and instructor. She focuses on teaching meditation and compassion for the public, beginning, advanced programmes, weekends and retreats. She completed Rigpa’s first 7-year Home Retreat.
