Jeffrey is a Buddhist practitioner, who studied and trained with Sogyal Rinpoche since 1991. Growing up in a rural part of the USA, Jeff studied computer science and psychology in university, then went into industry. He worked in Massachusetts and then Silicon Valley as a designer, developer and manager. Jeff and his wife took part in Rigpa’s Three-year retreat from 2006 to 2009. Since that time, Jeff has continued his own studies and practice. Jeff has instructed courses for the public and for veterans, as well as guiding practitioners in closed retreat. Jeff’s main interest is to help those students that have a sincere interest in practising the Dharma. Some areas of focus: compassion.
