Betty Lynn has been a Rigpa student for 25 years, and has instructed many courses both at the San Francisco Rigpa centre and online. She completed the Home Retreat Intensive Programme and the Two-Month Retreat at Lerab Ling in 2012. She is a retired PhD psychologist, having worked as a clinical psychologist at a major medical centre in the San Francisco Bay Area for 30 years. She is now living in Maui, Hawaii with her husband, three cats and three horses. She is a mother of two daughters and currently counts five grandchildren.
