Jeffrey Biggs has been a student of Sogyal Rinpoche for 28 years. He has led Dharma groups at retreats and for his local sangha in Ventura County, California. His Dharma activities really took off after he won a trip to the Everest region in Nepal. During the trek, he was fortunate enough to enjoy a cup of tea with Kyabjé Trulshik Rinpoche at his monastery. He completed the seven year Home Retreat Programme as well as the Two-month retreat at Lerab Ling in 2012. He uses his skills as a trainer to create an environment that is cosy and where all feel welcome. He specialises in teaching on shamatha practice, lojong, and the text, Natural Great Peace.
