Collective Catering Cook

La Source SARL is a collective catering company providing meals for people attending retreats and events at the Lérab Ling Buddhist Centre in France. La Source’s commercial kitchen is evolving towards a balanced and creative vegetarian cuisine, offering attractive menus to bring the community together and meet the expectations of external guests attending stays, events, or retreats of any duration.
Accountant

Lerab Ling is seeking an experienced Accountant or entry-level candidate with a solid theoretical background in accounting.
Shop Manager - Windhorse Boutique
- Lerab Ling, France
April – October 2026 (possibility to extend)
The Shop Assistant/Manager is responsible for the daily operational management of the Windhorse shop.
They ensure the smooth running of the point of sale, the quality of customer service, and product availability, in alignment with the spirit and values of the place.
The position involves a high level of autonomy in managing the shop during the seasonal period, under the supervision of the ZAM manager.
Reception & Administration Staff

Our Reception & Administration staff are usually the first point of contact for guests and visitors and are central to offering a welcoming environment at Dzogchen Beara. They work closely with all operational departments and are at the core of our Welcome Team.
Resident Spiritual Care Volunteer

The Spiritual Care Centre at Dzogchen Beara offers a safe and supportive environment where spiritual care support is offered to those living with illness, recovering from treatment, or experiencing bereavement, health and social care professionals, home carers and family members. The Centre also hosts a programme of accredited professional training and retreats.
Residential Volunteers have a key role in our small team, ensuring that the Spiritual Care Centre is a welcoming space for all guests.
Head of Strategy and Development

We are seeking a Head of Strategy & Development to coordinate the broad scope of Rigpa Germany’s work and to help its activities and community to continue to thrive and develop.
The main responsibility of the Head of Strategy and Development is to ensure the optimal running and performance of Rigpa Germany, in alignment with its goals and objectives. In brief, to help ensure that priorities are met, resources are used wisely, the team is well supported, and our vision and values are upheld.
The Head of Strategy and Development works in close collaboration with a dedicated team of salaried and volunteer staff.

Everyone supporting the activity of Rigpa (employed staff or volunteers) is required to sign Rigpa’s Code of Conduct.
Job Locations
Rigpa’s teams are based all around the world, mostly in Europe, USA and Australia. Many positions have the advantage of working with a dynamic mix of volunteers and employed (salaried) staff from different countries, language and cultural backgrounds on short term and long term projects, processes and activities.
